FULL TIME - MORRINSVILLE HQ & CAFERetail, Hospitality & Operations Assistant
Morrinsville | Monday to Tuesday + Thursday to Saturday | 30 Hours Per Week
Are you an experienced all rounder who enjoys variety, thrives in a people focused environment and loves the idea of working across fashion, hospitality and operations?
We are looking for a mature, capable and energetic team member to join our Head Office team in Morrinsville.
This is not a traditional retail role, warehouse role or hospitality role. It is a unique opportunity to work across several areas of our business, supporting our retail operation, online distribution, café and customer experience activities.
We're specifically looking for someone with at least 10 years of workplace experience. This role requires confidence, initiative, good judgement and the ability to move comfortably between different tasks throughout the day.
What You'll Be Doing:
• Supporting our warehouse and distribution team with online order fulfilment and dispatch
• Assisting customers within our retail environment
• Providing front of house support within our café operation
• Supporting events, gallery activity and general Head Office operations
• Helping create an exceptional experience for customers visiting our Morrinsville headquarters

The Person We're Looking For
You will:
• Have a minimum of 10 years workplace experience
• Enjoy working with people and providing excellent customer service
• Be organised, reliable and highly dependable
• Have strong attention to detail
• Be comfortable working across retail, hospitality and operational tasks
• Be physically capable of assisting with dispatch and warehouse duties
• Bring maturity, common sense and a positive attitude to work every day
Hospitality Experience a Real Advantage
While this is not a dedicated café position, our café forms an important part of the customer experience we create at Head Office.
Applicants who enjoy hospitality environments and have previous café or barista experience will be strongly considered. The ability to confidently step into front of house support when required will be viewed favourably.
Hours:
Monday to Tuesday: 9.00am – 3.00pm |
Thursday to Saturday: 8.00am – 3.00pm
