I would like to nominate my daughter Elle. She is a single mum of 2, 11 year old severely autistic daughter, who she has struggled to find support or respite for most of her life and 8 year old son. She works full time as a teacher aide and still manages to support anyone in need, despite suffering from depression and anxiety, as you could imagine, overwhelming exhaustion, but continues on daily. This would be the best pick me up ever :)
