I feel compelled to write to you regarding my shopping today. 

I was just browsing in your Annah Stretton shop in Devonport as I waited for the ferry to go across to Commercial Bay to look for a dress for my son’s wedding.

I was greeted by an extremely welcoming Maureen. I explained I was just beginning my hunt for a dress for the wedding and she promptly showed me a dress that I would never have chosen for myself. She gently encouraged me to try it on... and the rest is history.

I am so incredibly grateful for her excellent “eye” and amazing guidance. I did in fact go to Commercial Bay to see if I could find anything better and needless to say I returned on (literally) the next ferry to purchase the dress Maureen suggested for me.

Maureen is indeed a real asset to your shop and she made my shopping experience a delight!
